Sr. Mobile Product Manager, Burner
Burner is made by Ad Hoc Labs, a fast-growing startup based in Los Angeles, California. Our team is looking for the right person for an exciting new role leading our product management efforts on the Burner product.
As the Sr. Product Manager on Burner, you’ll own the product prioritization process and be responsible for distilling user input, product data, market insights and cross-functional feedback into a cohesive product strategy and roadmap. You’ll have the full spectrum of product management responsibilities and primary responsibility for driving growth through optimizations of user experience and other funnel elements throughout the customer life cycle.
You’ll work in a collaborative environment, partnering with outstanding practitioners across product design, engineering, and growth, and will bring passion for shipping outstanding products and for building the culture and processes of a world-class product organization.
Own, prioritize, and align team to a product roadmap; develop and maintain user stories, business requirements, product requirements, and backlog
Manage the agile development process and work with engineering and design to drive features from concept through delivery
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to develop and understand user insights, behavior patterns, growth hypotheses, and opportunities
Develop and deliver high impact experiments, features, and experience elements that drive product growth and user experience improvements
Continuously evolve and improve the product development process; lead the charge on implementing product management best practices as you see fit
Own, report on, and align internal teams around product KPIs; utilize KPIs to inform tactics and strategy

You’re an experienced product professional with a track record of cross-functional team leadership, innovation, and high product standards

You’re analytical, strategic, and pragmatic, able to distill disparate inputs and frameworks into good decisions and fast results in a fluid environment
You confidently take a point of view backed by data and evidence and are able to make your case and influence cross-functionally
You are collaborative with others, an empathetic advocate for our customers, an excellent communicator, comfortable both learning and coaching
Skills + QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years experience in product management in a mobile, consumer-facing business
Demonstrated success leading new mobile software products from concept through release with key results
Experience on a product team working to drive growth through feature development and experimentation
Direct experience defining, executing, and analyzing A/B tests across the life-cycle of customer value, from acquisition through retention
Deep familiarity with consumer-facing mobile platforms, tools, communications, and analytics best practices
Familiarity with product management and marketing best practices
